Fiber (Monofillament)

Cost effective alternative to wiremesh.  No labor.  Reduces shrinkage cracks.  Reinforces against impact forces.  Rustproof and corrosion resistant.  Safe and easy to use.  1 lb. per yard dose replaces light 6x6x10x10 wire mesh. Applications: Residential; Flatwork, Stamp; Commonly used: sidewalk, driveway, pool deck, garage floor, etc.

Fiber (Fibrallated)

Cost effective alternative to wiremesh.  No labor.  Reduces shrinkage cracks.  Reinforces against impact forces.  Rustproof and corrosion resistant.  Safe and easy to use.  1.5 lbs. per yard dose replaces light 6x6x10x10 wire mesh.  Applications: Residential; Flatwork, Stamp; Commonly used: sidewalk, driveway, pooldeck, garage floor, etc.

Fiber (Macro)

Cost effective alternative to wiremesh.  No labor.  Reduces shrinkage cracks.  Reinforces against impact forces.  Rustproof and corrosion resistant.  Safe and easy to use.  3-5 lbs. or more per yard will replace both wiremesh and light rebar.  Applications: Residential & commercial; slabs.

Fiber (Steel)

Cost effective alternative to wiremesh.  No labor.  Reduces shrinkage cracks.  Reinforces against impact forces.  Rustproof and corrosion resistant.  Safe and easy to use. 25-100 lbs. per yard replaces wire mesh and rebar.  Applications: Industrial and heavy commercial; slabs, distribution centers.

Mid-Range

Allows concrete slump and workability of concrete to increase while lowering the water/cement ratio.  The product also increases compressive strength.  Can provide more consistent setting times than standard water reducers.  Design slump can be maintained throughout the pour.  Applications: Walls & Flatwork.

Super Plasticizer

Allows concrete to be very fluid and workable and can be placed with little to no vibration or compaction.  Allows concrete slump and workability of concrete to increase while lowering the water/cement ratio.  The product also increases compressive strength.  The new-age product has the same shelf life as normal hydration concrete.

Retarder

Slows the set rate of concrete and is used to counteract the accelerating effect of hot weather on concrete setting.  High temps cause an increase rate of hardening which makes placing and finishing difficult.  The product keeps concrete workable and delays the initial set time.  Applications: Warm weather or long travel time projects.

Calcium Chloride

The product increases the rate of set times and reduces the time required for proper curing and protection.  Speeds up the start of finishing operations.  Offered in 1%, 2% or 3% dosages.  Applications: Used in cold weather and residential use.

Non-Chloride

The product increases the rate of set time and reduces the time required for proper cutting and protection.  Speeds up the start of finishing operations, especially in cold weather.  The product does not corrode steel.    Offered in 1%, 2% or 3% dosages.  Applications: Used in cold weather and for Commercial or heavily reinforced concrete.
