The Cranesville Health and Safety program, "Think First!." provides employees and customers with a culture of safety. A team based approach, the Think First! program institutes employee accountability in the workplace. CBC strives to offer an environment of health and safety by educating, training, incentivization and evaluating operations to improve production and keep employees safe.
